HCLTech launches advanced cybersecurity centre in Mexico

Noida-based Global technology firm, HCLTech has announced the launch of an advanced cybersecurity centre in Guadalajara, Mexico, to serve the evolving security requirements of global enterprises. 

The new cybersecurity centre will leverage the company’s Universal Managed Detection and Response (UMDR) offering, frameworks and a team of skilled security experts, and will ensure swift detection and mitigation of potential risks and fortify the security posture of the company's local and global clientele, enhancing their digital trust, the firm said in an official statement.

Pablo Gallegos, vice president and country head of HCLTech - Mexico, said, "Cybersecurity has become a top priority for enterprises. Our new centre in Guadalajara, Mexico, is a significant leap in our capabilities to help clients respond to the growing number of cyber threats in a digital-first world."

The new centre in Mexico joins the global network of cybersecurity fusion centres in Frisco (Texas, United States), Gothenburg (Sweden), Melbourne (Australia) and Noida, Bengaluru and Chennai (India), that monitor, analyze and respond to emerging cyber threats. 

The firm emphasized that its dynamic cybersecurity model aids global enterprises in protecting their digital assets and sensitive information. HCLTech began operations in Mexico in 2008 and is now a certified top employer in the region, with offices in Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Monterrey.
