The 2024 Inc. Magazine Female Founders 250 list honors women entrepreneurs impacting industries and innovation. Four Indian-origin founders who have been recognied under the trailblazers section of the list for breaking barriers in male-dominated fields.

Garima Kapoor, co-founder and chief operating officer of MinIO, has led her organization to the forefront of the technology industry by pioneering cloud-native object storage solutions. Kapoor's distinctive portfolio of knowledge and skills, which includes a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance and a background in finance, enables her to promote scalability and efficiency.

Leena Joshi, the founder and chief executive officer of CloseFactor, is transforming the sales technology industry from her base in Palo Alto, California. Under her leadership, the firm empowers sellers by giving them relevant information they need about their buyers in seconds so they can have meaningful, value-based conversations that convert prospects into customers.

Sadhna Agrawal, founder & CEO of Astor & Sanders, leads her company in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to federal agencies. Based in Maryland, Agrawal's commitment to excellence has positioned Astor & Sanders as a leader in the digital age, spearheading initiatives in enterprise application modernization, cybersecurity, and cloud services.

Ishviene Arora, runs Vested, a New York-based financial marketing and communications consulting firm. Her innovative approach to communications has earned Vested a reputation for delivering impactful campaigns globally. Leveraging her expertise in financial public relations, she adeptly constructs persuasive stories that deeply connect with the audience.

The 250 women founders list also included several other Indian-origin founders, including Manasa Mantravadi founder of Ahimsa, which creates the world's first and only colorful stainless steel dinnerware for kids and Svanika Balasubramanian, co-founder and chief Executive officer of rePurpose Global, the world's first plastic credit platform.
