Three Indian individuals have been honored at the LA LISTE Paris Awards 2025 for their exceptional contributions to the culinary world. Recognized for their innovation, community spirit, and unique culinary experiences, these awardees have made a significant impact on the global food scene. 

The La Liste Paris Awards 2025 celebrates chefs, restaurants, and regions making an impact in the culinary world through exceptional cooking, innovation, sustainability, authenticity, and more. The awards recognize those who are pushing boundaries and shaping the future of the industry with their contributions.

La Liste is a Paris-based guide that compiles and ranks the world's top restaurants, offering a comprehensive overview of global dining excellence. Unlike traditional restaurant guides, LA LISTE aggregates data from thousands of publications, guidebooks, and millions of online reviews to create its rankings. 

Three Indian chefs and restaurants that were recognized include:

Innovation Award

Sponsored by Rungis International Market, this award honors chefs, restaurateurs, or organizations that have reinvented themselves by creating new development opportunities.

Aditi Dugar of Masque, Mumbai, India, received this award for her innovative contributions to the culinary scene.

Masque, established in 2016, is renowned for its 10-course tasting menu that showcases India's diverse produce. The restaurant has been recognized as the Best Restaurant in India in Asia's Top 50 list for 2024.

Community Spirit Award

This award recognizes projects led by chefs, restaurateurs, or organizations that support their community or a cause.

Rashmi Uday Singh of Hospitality Hope, India, was honored for her dedication to community service and hospitality.

Hospitality Hope is a non-profit platform connecting job seekers and employers in the hospitality industry, offering access to jobs, internships, and training opportunities. The initiative is entirely funded by Rashmi's savings. 

Discovery Gem Award

This award celebrates restaurants that deserve to be discovered for their unique culinary experiences and interpretation of their terroir.

Naar by Prateek Sadhu in Kasauli, India, was recognized for its exceptional culinary offerings.

Naar, which opened in November 2023, offers a 16-seat dining experience featuring regional specialties like Himachali yak cheese and juniper-smoked lamb. The intimate setting allows diners to explore the flavors of the Himalayas.

The awards highlight the creativity and dedication of Indian chefs and restaurateurs who are shaping the future of the industry.
