Juie Shah inducted into Forbes Communications Council

DDB Chicago’s Juie Shah’s Forbes Council appointment was based on her industry influence and mentorship in communications.

Indian American strategy director at DDB Chicago, Juie Shah was accepted into the Forbes Communications Council, an exclusive invitation-only community for senior executives in communications, marketing, and public relations. 

Shah was inducted into the council based on her extensive experience and  track record in driving business growth, along with notable personal and professional achievements, a news release stated.

As a council member, Shah gains access to unique opportunities to enhance her career. She will connect with other industry leaders through a private forum and contribute her expertise to original articles and expert panels published on Forbes.com. 

Shah noted the importance of this platform stating, “It is an absolute honor to have been selected to be a part of the Forbes Communications Council. I am looking forward to collaborating with the Forbes publishing team and getting to know fellow peers in the industry who are hoping to drive meaningful change..”

Scott Gerber, founder of Forbes Councils, welcomed Shah’s addition to the group stating, “Our mission with Forbes Councils is to bring together proven leaders from every industry, creating a curated, social capital-driven network that helps every member grow professionally and make an even greater impact on the business world.”

Shah has spent seven years at DDB, leading strategic efforts on accounts across multiple sectors, including insurance, telecommunications, and quick-service restaurants. For the past four years, she has headed strategic initiatives for the U.S. Army, focusing on reintroducing the historic brand to younger generations. 

Raised in Mumbai, India, she pursued her Bachelors in mass media from University of Mumbai and a MS in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University
