Kashmiri journalist jailed without charges; Indian activists decry government’s persecution of religious minorities
Prominent Indian activists Feb. 9 spoke out against the alleged unlawful detainment of Kashmiri journalist Fahad Shah, and noted that religious minorities have faced a growing hostility from Hindu nationalists ever since the advent of the Modi administration.
