Lakshya Sen wins Canada Open Badminton 2023
The Indian star won against Li Shi Feng of China with 21-18 and 22-20.
Indian shuttler, Lakshya Sen, on July 10 won the Canadian Open final against Li Shi Feng of China. The 21-year-old put on an impressive exhibition of badminton prowess, combining tremendous speed and power to defeat the current All-England champion, Feng, in a thrilling summit match.
Upon his victory, Sen tweeted "Sometimes, the hardest battles lead to the sweetest victories. The wait is over, and I am delighted to be crowned the Canada Open winner! Grateful beyond words #SenMode."
