Global digital engineering and research and development services company L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has announced collaboration with Google Cloud to power its generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools for development of its LTTS Developer Experience Platform (DevX).
According to the press statement, the platform will serve as comprehensive, unified destination for API-enabled solutions across major industries, from LTTS and its ecosystem partners. Together, LTTS and Google Cloud will mold the DevX framework and incorporate the latter's generative AI features into the former's design.
LTTS aims to expand the mindshare among developers globally, positioning DevX as a go-to platform for engineering solutions; and enhance consumption by streamlining the discovery and implementation of LTTS’ solutions and services for end-users, ultimately resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
In the first stage, the companies will work on developing DevX, and in the second stage, they will develop a unique generative AI platform that will be integrated into the larger LTTS DevX ecosystem. The partnership will also tackle difficult problems, such as creating test cases from unstructured data.
L&T Technology Services' chief operating officer, Abhishek Sinha, said, “This partnership not only propels us closer to our gen AI goals but also cements our commitment to revolutionizing engineering and digital solutions for the benefit of multiple industries. As LTTS and Google Cloud embark on this transformative journey, the engineering landscape stands on the cusp of a new era. With the power of AI-driven innovation at the forefront, the future promises unparalleled possibilities for industries worldwide.”
Google Cloud's director of partnerships, Chandra Sankholkar, said, “Through this new partnership, L&T Technology Services will use Google Cloud’s infrastructure to power new capabilities that can improve operations and create real-world value for businesses.”
