LTIMindtree joins Aramco Digital to set up new IT company in Saudi Arabia

The firms will support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to create high-skill jobs

Indian technology and digital services company LTIMindtree has joined forces with Aramco Digital, the digital and technology subsidiary of Aramco, one of the world's largest integrated energy and chemicals companies, to create a new IT services company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The new joint venture will offer disruptive digital services and Industry 4.0 system integration capabilities. It will support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by creating highly skilled jobs for Saudis in this sector.   

LTIMindtree president, Sudhir Chaturvedi said, “LTIMindtree is fully aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030. We are pleased to have been selected as the trusted partner for the joint venture. Aramco Digital was created by the parent company Aramco in January 2023 and has signed up 200+ businesses since then, for its AI-first digital solutions. Earlier this year, it joined with Intel to set up the first Open RAN (Radio Access Network) Development Centre in the Kingdom. The state-owned Aramco is the world's largest oil producer.

LTIMindtree is a Mumbai-based Indian multinational infotech company and a subsidiary of Larsen and Toubro, which acquired Bangalore-based IT products and services company Mindtree in 2019.
