Madhulika Singh makes to the top 20 Asian American and Pacific Islander Change Makers list in California
In May 2023, she was presented the American Dream Award for her outstanding contribution to the community in Solano County.

Madhulika Singh, president and co-founder of PreetiRang Sanctuary was recognized as one of the top 20 Asian American and Pacific Islander Change Makers in Sacramento, California.
The Sacramento Bee’s Equity Lab and Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program (NELP) along with their partner the Change Maker series highlight those in the Sacramento region who lead with fearlessness.
Madhulika Singh’s work has definitely been recognized and appreciated by the community. In May 2023. Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-04) had recognized Madhulika Singh as the 2023 American Dream Award recipient for Solano County. The American Dream Award is presented to California’s Fourth District residents who have come to the United States and made outstanding contributions to our communities.
