Reflecting on the Indian tricolor, CM Yadav elaborated on the symbolism of the Ashoka Chakra at its center. He noted that the wheel’s 24 spokes represent the hours of the day, symbolizing the ceaseless motion of time.
"In a world where everything is in motion, the Ashoka Chakra reminds us that time never stops. It’s a call to embrace dynamism and seize opportunities," he said, adding it "is a timeless emblem of balance, discipline, and progress".
Sharing the cultural heritage of Madhya Pradesh, CM Yadav highlighted Ujjain, famously known as "Mahakal ki Nagari" (the City of Mahakal). "Ujjain is not just a city; it is a spiritual and philosophical metaphor for time and its significance," he remarked.
He described Mahakal, the deity of time, as a symbol of predestination and the alignment of destiny with hard work. "Success comes when effort meets divine timing. Ujjain embodies this profound philosophy," the CM stated.
