Michigan leaders rally AANHPI, Arab American Voters
Hosted by the AAPI Victory Fund and Emgage Action, the events energized voters and launched canvassers before Election Day.

Maya Harris, Julie Su, Dilawar Syed, actor Mark Ruffalo, Rep. Pramila Jayapal, Lt. Gov. Aruna Miller, and Michigan State Rep. Ranjeev Puri led voter turnout events across Michigan to mobilize Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander (AANHPI), and Arab American communities.
The event was hosted by groups including the AAPI Victory Fund and Emgage Action, the events energized voters and launched canvassers in this critical battleground state ahead of Election Day. Ranjeev Puri rallied in Michigan this past weekend.

Jayapal, Lt. Gov. Miller, and Ruffalo urged attendees to engage voters across Michigan’s AANHPI communities. Following this, a community meet-and-greet brought together young leaders from South Asian, Arab American, and Chaldean Assyrian communities for conversations on key issues.
The weekend also featured a Diwali-themed “Party at the Polls” in Canton and visits to faith-based communities across Detroit. Julie Su, Lt. Gov. Miller, and Syed met with Sikh, Muslim, and Pakistani American community members to discuss local concerns and the importance of civic engagement.
