Mythics names Mukund Mohan as executive vice president

With Mohan’s leadership, Mythics aims to further its mission of delivering Oracle integration, consulting, and managed services to customers at the highest quality standards.

Virginia-based Oracle solutions provider and consulting firm Mythics, announced the appointment of Indian-American Information Technology expert Mukund Mohan as executive vice president for consulting services. 

In his role, Mohan will oversee strategic leadership and operational management of Mythics’ consulting organization, aiming to expand its portfolio of Oracle integration, consulting, and managed services.

Mohan joins Mythics after four years with Oracle, where he spearheaded modernization efforts for one of North America’s largest Oracle accounts, emphasizing technical delivery and program management. 

With a 25-year career in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and product engineering, Mohan has guided ERP implementations for more than 50 state and local government entities. His expertise in developing intellectual property-based services to drive financial sustainability positions him to lead Mythics in transforming and growing its consulting services, the company said in a statement.

In his new role, Mohan aims to support Mythics’ profitability and business diversification initiatives while enhancing revenue streams. "My goals for joining Mythics' are to support overall profitability improvements, creating and enhancing revenue streams and overall business diversification for better risk management. I'm very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead," he said.

Mythics CEO Paul Seifert welcomed Mohan’s appointment, underscoring his commitment to people-focused consulting and innovation. "His perspective regarding consulting, focusing on people, leveraging their strengths, and building strong interpersonal relationships that transcend the workplace aligns well with our corporate culture,"bSeifert said. 

Mohan earned his Btech from University of Madras, India, and a MS and MBA from George Manson University.
