NACD Atlanta names Vish Narendra to its board
Narendra brings expertise in digital transformation and governance to strengthen leadership in corporate boardrooms.

The Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) has appointed Indian-American executive Vish Narendra to its board of directors.
Narendra currently serves as the chief information officer and senior vice president of global business services at Graphic Packaging Holding, a Georgia-based corporation that designs and manufactures packaging for commercial products. He brings extensive experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity and data analytics.

He has held his current position since 2015 and previously served at General Electric Co. in various leadership roles, including as Asia region CIO for the energy and aviation businesses.
"I am excited to join the Board of the Atlanta chapter of NACD and I look forward to working with the amazing team in realizing the NACD mission of empowering directors and transforming boards to be future ready!" said Narendra.

He is also a visionary technology leader and will bring new insights and experiences that keep the NACD Atlanta Chapter on the cutting edge of what is happening in the board room," said Becky Blalock, NACD Atlanta board member.
Narendra holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Anna University in Chennai, India, and an MBA from the Stuart School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He also serves as an independent director on the board of White Cap, a construction equipment and concrete accessories distributor.
