The centerpiece of the NMACC showcase will be Civilization to Nation, India’s biggest theatrical production, featuring over 350 artists, and a 55-piece live orchestra, showcasing the country’s journey from its ancient roots to modern nationhood through music, dance, drama, and visual arts.
The event will also feature Swadesh, a fashion presentation celebrating India’s textile traditions and craftsmanship.
"We are bringing the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre’s performance to Lincoln Center in New York," Ambani told the gathering at Harvard, underscoring her vision of sharing India's artistic excellence with a global audience.
“This September, NMACC’s maiden theatrical production Civilization to Nation and a special fashion show by Swadesh will debut at the Lincoln Center, as part of a spectacular cultural weekend showcasing the best of Indian heritage,” she said.
In preparation for the event, Nita Ambani and her daughter, Isha Ambani, recently toured the Lincoln Center, offering a glimpse into the meticulous planning behind this initiative. A video shared by NMACC’s official Instagram page captured moments from their visit.
Since its opening in 2023, NMACC has become a prominent platform for showcasing Indian art, theater, music, and fashion. The center continues to celebrate India’s rich cultural legacy while engaging with international audiences.
Scheduled for September 2025, the NMACC performance at Lincoln Center is expected to attract art lovers, historians, and fashion enthusiasts, further enhancing global appreciation for India’s diverse artistic traditions.
