Srini Rajamani has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)of Opus Technologies in the Greater New York region, effective immediately. He succeeds Praveen TM, who will continue to contribute to the leadership team.
In his new role at Opus Technologies, Rajamani aims to leverage his extensive experience to drive innovation and growth, focusing on AI-powered solutions to address the evolving needs of clients in the payments industry. He expressed his commitment to setting new benchmarks in the industry through Opus's product-driven mindset and innovative solutions.
Before this role, Rajamani served as the senior vice president and sector head of Consumer and Life Sciences at Wipro Limited, where he was instrumental in driving innovation and implementing growth strategies across various industry segments.
During his tenure at Wipro, Rajamani held key leadership positions for over a decade, gaining extensive experience in strategy, client engagement, global delivery, shared services, and team building. He managed a diverse portfolio with end-to-end P&L responsibility, focusing on industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Transportation Services, Public Sector, and Life Sciences. Additionally, he led Wipro's business operations in Brazil.
His 28-year journey in transformation for global enterprises across sectors including Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking and Capital Markets, and Life Sciences underscores his forward-thinking approach. He began his technology career at Godrej in 1996 as assistant manager.
Rajamani graduated from Harvard Business School’s Leading Global Businesses Executive Program. He is a member of Wipro's Executive Council, a testament to his leadership capabilities, strategic acumen, and contributions to the company's success.
