Pankaj Tripathi-starrer ‘Main Atal Hoon’ to stream on ZEE5 Global
The movie, directed by Ravi Jadhav, features actor Tripathi in the role of former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Actor Pankaj Tripathi-starrer Hindi biographical film ‘Main Atal Hoon’ will digitally premiere on ZEE5 Global, the South Asian streaming platform, on March 14, 2024.
Directed by Ravi Jadhav, the movie features Tripathi in the role of former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. It traces the political journey of the parliamentarian who was conferred the Bharat Ratna in December 2014, over four decades.

The movie depicts Vajpayee's role in leading India through challenging times, such as the Kargil War and the Pokhran nuclear tests. Along with the recipient of two-national award and one Filmfare award-winning actor Tripathi, the movie features Piyush Mishra as Krishna Bihari Vajpayee; Raja Rameshkumar Sevak as LK Advani; Paula McGlynn as Sonia Gandhi; Haresh Khatri as Jawaharlal Nehru; and Gauri Sukhtankar as Sushma Swaraj.
Audience acknowledged Tripathi’s terrific performance after he was last seen in ‘OMG 2’ and ‘Kadak Singh.’ Expressing honor to have played the role of Vajpayee, Tripathi said, “This film introduced me to many more inspiring qualities and facets of his life which have now left an indelible mark on my life. Portraying Atal Bihari Vajpayee has truly been one of the highlights of my career and for that, I am grateful."
Lauding Tripathi's potential, director Jadhav noted, “Pankaj Tripathi was the only choice for 'Main Atal Hoon’ as he has the soft qualities of this iconic man, and I am glad that he agreed to be a part of this film as his involvement truly made this journey even more remarkable."
He added that the movie is a tribute to the inspiring leader who was way ahead of his time and now. "With the film releasing on ZEE5 Global, I sincerely hope that the film reaches the mind and the heart of every Indian across the globe as there is so much to learn and imbibe from this visionary man," the filmmaker said.

In line with this trend, our upcoming title 'Main Atal Hoon' portrays the remarkable life of former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, brought to life by Pankaj Tripathi, offering viewers a moving tale of an illustrious leader."
Theatrically released on January 19, 2024, the film has been produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh and Kamlesh Bhanushali under the banner Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios. Its music has been composed by Salim-Sulaiman, Payal Dev, Kailash Kher, and Amitraj and its background score is by Monty Sharma.
