Priceline names Sejal Amin as chief technology officer

Connecticut-based travel agency Priceline has announced the appointment of Indian-American entrepreneur Sejal Amin as its new chief technology officer (CTO).
In her role, Sejal will oversee the company’s product engineering, infrastructure, data, and technology operations, and lead Priceline’s integration of generative and agentive AI to enhance the company’s travel booking services.
With over 25 years of experience in leading global teams and driving digital transformations, Sejal brings valuable expertise in developing customer-centric technological solutions. She previously served as the CTO at Shutterstock, where she successfully integrated AI to revitalize customer features. Before that, she was the CTO of Tax and Accounting at Thomson Reuters, where she transformed the engineering organization and its product portfolio.

Sejal is also a mentor in the tech community, serving as an adjunct professor at New York University’s executive education program and as a founding member of Unveiled, an initiative supporting the advancement of women in STEM.
She holds a bachelor's and master's from Rutgers University.
