The Trump Organization, an American conglomerate, privately owned by President Donald Trump has announced its first real-estate project in India, a luxury office space.
The Trump World Center, to come up in Pune’s Koregaon Park, will the brand’s first foray into luxury office space in India in collaboration with Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers.

The project will reportedly consist of two 27-story towers covering 1.6 million square feet. According to Tribeca, a portion of the development will be strata-sold, with the remainder being leased to diverse tenants. The project is estimated to generate around $300 million in revenue.
Tribeca, the sole licensor of the Trump brand in India, has previously worked with developers like Lodha and Panchshil to build Trump-branded residential buildings in Mumbai and Pune. Since then, the company has expanded its role to include acting as a licensor and developer for Trump's projects in India.
Tribeca has teamed with Kundan Spaces, a real estate firm based in Pune, on the Pune project. The property will also have a high-street retail component and India's first Trump Club, which will serve as a networking hub for business leaders.
