Putin will arrive in Delhi today for the 21st annual India-Russia summit.
India and Russia expected to sign an agreement to produce 7.5 lakh AK-203 assault rifles for the Indian Army. The rifle will be made in a new plant in Uttar Pradesh under the 'Make in India' programme. Over the course of ten years, 60,14,427 AK-203 rifles will be produced for India's armed forces.
