Ridhima Raina among Boston’s top women leaders

Women We Admire has revealed its list of The Top 50 Women Leaders of Boston for the year 2023. Indian American Ridhima Raina, the vice president at Bain Academy, has been featured in this list.
An integral part of Raina's work is advising clients on how to design long-term, immersive programs for skill development and learning. Among Raina's many areas of expertise are customer-led agile innovation, commercial excellence, leadership development, and the art of creating and delivering captivating sessions.
Raina is deeply committed to creating collaborative, results-oriented, and agile work environments that foster increased employee engagement. She brings a global perspective to her work, drawing from her experiences of living and working in the UK, the US, India, and China.
Beyond her client-focused responsibilities, the organization also recognized Raina for actively contributing to the development and training of Bain consultants at various levels. She assumes the roles of a trainer and facilitator at multiple global training programs within Bain, and is also recognized as a highly sought-after coach and mentor, providing guidance and support to Bainees on a global scale.
Before returning to Bain, Raina held a prominent position leading strategy and business development for LexisNexis' UK business. In this capacity, she played a key role in shaping strategy, overseeing pricing, managing mergers and acquisitions, and driving innovation in new product development.
Raina holds an MBA from the prestigious Wharton School. She also earned a BA in economics and Chinese from Williams College, showcasing her interdisciplinary academic pursuits. Proficient in Hindi and English, Raina is conversant in Mandarin, reflecting her language versatility.
Outside the professional realm, Raina is an avid player of both squash and tennis, having competed at the varsity level in squash and at the national level in tennis in India.
