The 12th International Government Communication Forum, with the theme "Today's Resources.. Tomorrow's Wealth," will be held on September 13-14 at Expo Centre Sharjah, and renowned author Robin Sharma will give a speech titled "Leading without a title" at this year's event.

Sharma, a Canadian-Indian author and the chief executive officer of "Sharma Leadership International," is widely regarded as one of the world's foremost authorities on leadership and self-mastery. In addition to advising prominent figures in business, he devotes much of his time and energy to helping disadvantaged children through the Robin Sharma Foundation for Children (RSFC), as reported by the International Government Communication Forum (IGCF).

On the second day of the international event hosted by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), Sharma will draw on his extensive experience to offer concrete advice on how to unleash the leadership potential in every member of an organization. He will offer his take on leadership personality, its traits, and how it engages with the environment, the release said.

Sharma, who thinks anyone can lead and influence others, will also talk about the misconceptions people have about leadership. His aim in his many public talks, consultations, and workshops is to break down the complexities of leadership.
