Scorpion promotes Saurabh Goyal to COO

Prior to joining Scorpion, Goyal served in Google for 17 years.

Utah-based digital marketing and technology solutions company, Scorpion, promoted Indian-American product strategist Saurabh Goyal to chief operating officer (COO). 

In his new role, Goyal will work closely with Scorpion's product, sales, and account management teams to enhance client-facing operations. According to a official release, Goyal aims to invest in new tools, resources, and product launches that address the evolving needs of the digital marketing industry.

"Saurabh is the ideal fit for chief operating officer, bringing invaluable industry expertise to the role,” said Rustin Kretz, CEO of Scorpion, adding “With Saurabh leading our client success teams, we remain committed to providing our clients with the latest and most effective solutions in the digital marketing space. His leadership will be instrumental in our continued success.”

Goyal expressed his gratitude for the promotion, saying, "The digital marketing industry demands constant evolution, and I am confident in our exceptional teams and our unique products to meet these changing needs for our customers and be true value-adds to their businesses." 

Prior to joining Scorpion, Goyal served in Google for 17 years. He held leadership roles across sales, account management, and product strategy in the U.S., Canada, and India. Most notably, he served as the global head of product strategy and sales enablement for SMBs. 

Goyal holds a degree in computer science and an MBA from ICFAI business school, Hyderabad, India.
