The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has welcomed Shailendra Singh, Managing Director of Peak XV, to its Board of Directors. Singh is a prominent figure in the investment landscape.
As Managing Director at Peak XV, he has been instrumental in facilitating cross-border partnerships and investments, driving innovation, and fostering entrepreneurship within the technology, consumer, and financial sectors. Singh oversees the firm’s global operations, managing over $9 billion in assets. Singh has also led investments in numerous companies and spearheaded initiatives to support startups at various stages, from seed funding to IPO readiness.
USISPF President and CEO, Dr Mukesh Aghi, expressed enthusiasm about Singh’s appointment: “I am thrilled to welcome Shailendra to the USISPF Board of Directors. Singh’s appointment highlights Peak XV’s commitment to global collaboration and underscores the firm’s leadership in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship internationally.

Singh was included in the Forbes Midas List of top global VCs for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020. He comes from a family that focuses on impacting society positively. Both his grandfather and father have devoted their lives to social service by running non-profit schools.
