Shah leads South Asian Trailblazers, an award-winning platform that highlights pioneering South Asians across industries. Through its flagship podcast, she has interviewed personalities such as actor Kal Penn, U.S. Rep. Pramila Jayapal, and ClassPass founder Payal Kadakia. She also heads the Trailblazers Agency, advising executives and brands on media, marketing, and growth strategies.

A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree for 2025, Shah previously served as chief of staff to Hall of Fame inductee Indra Nooyi, former CEO of PepsiCo. She began her career in private equity and is currently completing her MBA at The Wharton School.

“On the heels of International Women's Day and Women's History Month, I am honored to join the Board of the National Women’s Hall of Fame,” Shah said.

“Since coming to Wharton, I’ve become even more invested in Board service, particularly given the critical need for more diverse representation in board leadership. The Hall’s mission deeply resonates with me, and I’ve been fortunate to engage with its work to date. I’m excited for what’s ahead as we continue celebrating and uplifting the legacies of trailblazing women,” she added.

Based in Seneca Falls, New York — the birthplace of the women’s rights movement — the Hall of fame has recognized more than 300 influential women, including Gloria Steinem, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Oprah Winfrey, Maya Angelou, and Michelle Obama.
