Victory Sports Media, a prominent sports content production company known for its expertise in film, television, and digital media, has announced the appointment of Rohini Kosoglu as a senior advisor on women’s sports content. Victory Sports Media is run by Indian-Americans Jai Khanna and Parag Parikh.
Victory Sports Media has been actively expanding its portfolio of women's sports content, aiming to spotlight the remarkable achievements and stories of inspiring athletes. Among its upcoming projects are a groundbreaking docuseries focusing on women's gymnastics at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), a documentary in progress that delves into the remarkable journey of a prominent WNBA star, and a previously announced docuseries that sheds light on the Indian women's Cricket Team, titled "U.P. Warriorz”.
Kosoglu, a child of Sri Lankan immigrants, previously served in the White House as the former Deputy Assistant to President Joe Biden and former Domestic Policy Advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris.
“As Senior Advisor for Victory, Rohini will serve as both leader and liaison between the world of sports, entertainment, and policy to ensure that Victory's content is impactful both on screen, as well as in society at large,” the company said in a statement on June.5.

Victory Sports Media recently partnered with Ellevest, an investment and wealth management firm dedicated to empowering women. This collaboration brings together Victory and Ellevest clients as co-financiers of sports content centered around women.
The inaugural co-financed project under this collaboration is the acclaimed feature documentary "Dream Big: The Michelle Wie Story”, which chronicles the illustrious career of golf legend Michelle Wie West. Premiering on NBC and Peacock on May.18, the documentary garnered widespread acclaim and positive reviews.
