ICC has announced that ticket sales for the world’s biggest T20 carnival will be done through a public ticket ballot instead of a first-come, first-served system.
Fans can apply for tickets for up to six tickets per match and for as many matches as they want until the ballot period closes on February 7, 2024 at 23:59 Antigua Standard Time (22:59 EST)
“After the closure of the ballot, successful applicants will receive an email notifying them of what matches they have secured tickets to and will be provided with payment links. If payment is not completed within the allotted time, tickets will be returned to the pool of tickets that will be released for general sale on a first-come, first-served basis,” the ICC website reads.
Tickets will be priced between US$6 to $25.
16 matches will be held in USA across Lauderhill, Dallas and New York and the blockbuster clash between India and Pakistan is scheduled to be held in the new Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in Long Island.
