New York-headquartered UnitedLex has appointed Indian American Rajitha Yelamanchali Boer as its chief client officer.
In his new role at the data and professional service provider, she will focus on global client growth and retention, especially in the European and Asia Pacific regions. She will also work on enhancing client experience across all lines of business, the company said in a press statement.

James Schellhase, UnitedLex's chief executive officer, said Rajitha brings decades of experience through a philosophy that one-size-does-not-fit-all when it comes to strategic client solutions.
“She has demonstrated a keen understanding that legal departments’ and law firms’ challenges are not all the same and cannot all be solved with off-the-shelf answers. Her wealth of expertise in eDiscovery, IP, and legal managed services will greatly support UnitedLex’s enterprise sales and account management efforts.”

Prior to joining UnitedLex, Rajitha Boer worked at Breakwater Solutions, assisting with EMEA and APAC operations. In 2013, she founded Yerra Solutions and sold it to Elevate in 2019.
With over 17 years of experience in law and Intellectual Property (IP) departments of leading international corporations, she has also served the boards of Open Hearts Big Dreams Fund and Brainlabs.Ai.
Rajitha Boer earned her bachelor's degree in computer science from Wayne State University; MSCIS from University of Phoenix; and MBA in financial management and information systems from New York Institute of Technology.
