The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has launched ‘The Power of She’, a podcast series focused on amplifying the voices of women in leadership.
Announced on International Women’s Day, the series will feature prominent women professionals discussing their careers, leadership experiences, and insights on workplace equity. A new episode will be released every Saturday.

The inaugural episode features Zia Mody, co-founder and managing partner of AZB & Partners, one of India’s leading corporate law firms. Mody, recognized for her contributions to corporate law, was ranked first on Fortune India’s “India’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business” list in 2018 and 2019. In the episode, she shares her experiences in the legal profession, the challenges she has faced, and her leadership approach.

The podcast will continue with conversations featuring leaders across industries, including Ranju Alex, area vice president for South Asia at Marriott International; Mini Menon vandePol, head of Asia-Pacific investigations at Baker McKenzie; Kelly Mahon Tullier, vice chair and chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer at Visa; Radha Dhir, CEO and country head for India at JLL; Kaku Nakhate, president and country head of Bank of America India; Achal Khanna, CEO of SHRM India, APAC, and MENA; and Manjeet Kripalani, co-founder and executive director of Gateway House.
USISPF, which works to strengthen economic and strategic ties between the United States and India, has positioned The Power of She as a platform to engage with women leaders on topics such as career advancement, workplace inclusion, and professional challenges.
