San Francisco-based, Simplilearn, the world’s leading online boot camp for training skills in the digital economy, has appointed Veerasundar V as its chief financial officer.
Veerasundar played key roles in supporting industry-leading growth, implementing business processes, managing fundraisers, overseeing IPO listings, providing exit to private equity firms, and working with external consultants for business transformation.
As a accomplished leader with a rich background in maximizing enterprise value through strategic financial management, he has received many accolades, including the ‘Finthinker Award,’ ‘CFO 100,’ and ‘CFO-Innovation in M&A-2022.’
