For a group of Watson College Scholars, a trip to India was more than just an academic excursion—it was a transformative experience that broadened their perspectives, deepened their understanding of global engineering and technology, and fostered lasting connections across cultures.

“This trip taught me to be more open-minded, to appreciate different ways of life and to embrace new experiences with curiosity and respect,” said Bryan Cabrera.“The experience reminded me that there’s no single way to live—every culture has its own values and traditions that make it unique.”
